At the end of the year 2003, OTS Consulting signed a Strategic Alliance with Universidad Central, through its Centro de Servicios Empresariales, current Centro de Formación, Innovación y Negocios, from which the first Diplomado en Gestión Estratégica en Call Center, Contact Center y Servicio al Cliente (Strategic Management of Call Center, Contact Center and Customer Service Degree) was dictated in Chile.
Orientated to the Senior Management level and Junior Management level, tending to build professionals to lead Call Centers, Contact Centers and Centers of Customer Service, the DEGREE has trained and graduated more than 250 professionals, trough more than 13 versions.
We have also carried out brief programs, as The Call Center, Customer Service and CRM’s Seminar, which is made-to-order at the call of the companies.
In the costumer service area, for the operators and supervisors, there have been more than 25 versions of the Motivation, Teamwork and Customer Service Workshop.
Thanks to the alliance between OTS Consulting and Universidad Central, there have been more than 1.000 pupils trained in customer service, and more than two hundred participants of Senior and Junior Management level linked to the world of the Customer Service and Call Center.
