During February 2010, OTS Consulting has obtained the Bureau Veritas Certification of the norm NCh 2909, corresponding to the SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT SME (small and medium enterprises), which scope is "SERVICES OF CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT ".
The certification is valid until the year 2013.
