Since the year 2006, OTS Consulting has developed a strategic alliance with AXIS GROUP; company specialized in top of the line event’s organization in the technological area.
This alliance has as objective to promote the Contact Centers Summit, the only event of the industry of the Contact Centers in Chile, which allows to gather together the most important companies of the industry, so much of service providers of call center, technology of call center, consultancy and education. In addition, it allows the attendees to know the trends of the industry through conferences given by important speakers. The Summit is aimed to Directors and IT Managers, Call Centers, Customer Service, Marketing, Commercial and Operations.
From the beginning of the alliance, in the year 2006, up to the last edition of the Contact Centers Summit, OTS Consulting has taken part as Gold Sponsor.
At the First EDITION of the Contact Centers Summit, in 2006, the case of success presented in the event corresponds to the consultancy realized to Transtecnia by OTS Consulting.
At the Second EDITION of the Contact Centers Summit, in 2007, the case of success presented in the event corresponds to the consultancy realized to the Hospital del Trabajador de Santiago.
At the Third EDITION of the Contact Centers Summit, in 2008, the Director of OTS Consulting, Rodrigo Navarro, gave a lecture on a "Study of the Industry Worldwide".
